New Programs for Summer
There are three new times for meditation on the new summer schedule and a longer Sunday program to allow for more meditation and more time for questions and comments. May it be a support to your awakening life!
Sunday Sounds of Dhamma
9:15 to 10:45 am – guided sit, talk, tea and cookies
Wednesday Morning Meditations
6:30 to 7:15 am - silent sit (in person only)
8:00 to 8:45 am - guided sit
Thursday Morning Meditations
6:30 to 7:15 am - silent sit (in person only)
9:45 to 10:30 am – guided sit (virtual only)
Friday Meditation and Study
6:30 to 7:15 am - silent sit (in person only)
7:00 to 8:00 pm - sutta contemplation
