Satipatthana in Practice: a workshop hosted by Buddhist Gobal Relief

Dhammadipa will co-lead this virtual retreat together with Ayya Anandabodhi. Our theme for this workshop is “Mindfulness of Feeling Tones and Mind.” The Buddha taught Satipaṭṭhāna, the Four Establishments of Mindfulness, as the “direct path to realization.” This teaching invites us to apply careful attention to what is always present: our body, feeling tones, mind, and mind-objects. Through strengthening our mindfulness (sati) we can experience presently arisen states without being pulled into desire and aversion. This provides a foundation of clarity and peace, even in the midst of challenging conditions.

Join us for meditation and Dhamma talks hosted by Buddhist Global Relief.
