Dhammadipa will co-lead this virtual retreat together with Ayya Anandabodhi. Our theme this year is “Mindfulness of Felling Tones and Mind.” The Buddha taught Satipaṭṭhāna, the Four Establishments of Mindfulness, as the “direct path to realization.” This teaching invites us to apply careful attention to what is always present: our body, feeling tones, mind, and mind-objects. Through strengthening our mindfulness (sati) we can experience presently arisen states without being pulled into desire and aversion. This provides a foundation of clarity and peace, even in the midst of challenging conditions.
